New Moon in Pisces, March 9th, 2016 – Wu Wei
By Aeternalight, 14 February 2016
Wu Wei is one of the most important (if not the most important) tenets in Taoism; this Chinese expression can be loosely translated as “non action” or “non doing” – a mode of consciousness that seems perfectly suited to the yielding, transcendent nature of Pisces.
Taoist philosophy recognizes that the Universe works harmoniously according to a natural order governed by unalterable laws; Wu Wei, which is not to be mistaken for inertia or passivity, is the art of effortlessly, graciously swimming with this current – ultimately becoming vessels of the Tao itself, thus responding to life in the most spontaneous way possible. VITALITY AND MAGNETISM
The vitality coursing along the nerves must not be confused with what we usually call the magnetism of the man – his own nerve-fluid, specialized within the spine, and composed of the primary life-force intermingled with the kundalini. It is this fluid which keeps up the constant circulation of etheric matter along the nerves, corresponding to the circulation of blood through the arteries and veins; and as oxygen is conveyed by the blood to all parts of the body, so vitality is conveyed along the nerves by this etheric current. The particles of the etheric part of man’s body are constantly changing, just as are those of the denser part; along with the food which we eat and the air which we breathe we take in etheric matter, and this is assimilated by the etheric part of the body. Etheric matter is constantly being thrown off from the pores, just as is gaseous matter, so that when two persons are close together each necessarily absorbs much of the physical emanations of the other. The Occult Sun: Part One
By Elva Thompson, 2015
Everything is one of a pair of opposites…. The Kybalion.
Occult Tradition: the polarities of the sun
According to esoteric tradition the sun has two polarities, positive and negative: a physical sun and a spiritual sun. The seat of the sun is the third chakra of Fire and resides in the solar plexus of the human energetic system; this is also dual and can be divided into Fire rising (+), Fire at neutral, and Fire descending (-).
The rising sun
The dawn Sun is the movement of Fire rising upwards into the fourth chakra of Air (the heart field). The sound of Fire rising in Pythagorean intervals is the mystic 6th C+A. At twelve noon the Sun is at rest in the centre point, and then descends into the second chakra of Water (Emotions). Continue reading

The Fullness There Of
Imagine yourself in a swimming pool filled with others doing various activities. In one corner some are doing physical therapy, in another some are doing laps and there is a swimming lesson going on in the fourth corner. You enter the pool with intention of doing laps and find that you have to share your lane with the beginner receiving lessons. While in the pool you realize there is way to much going on around you. Water splashing, noise and way to many distractions to focus on your workout. The pool is full with activity. Continue reading
ARE WE POSSESSED?
By Paul Levy
The demons, psychologically speaking, are very real, in that they alter our experience of ourselves. Jung says,
“As a rule there is a marked unconsciousness of any complexes, and this naturally guarantees them all the more freedom of action. In such cases their powers of assimilation become especially pronounced, since unconsciousness helps the complex to assimilate even the ego, the result being a momentary and unconscious alteration of personality known as identification with the complex. In the Middle Ages it went by another name; it was called possession.”
We, as “modern” people, to the extent we are acting out our unconscious, are as much “plagued” by possession as people in the Middle Ages.
“…in all cases identification with the unconscious [complex] brings a weakening of consciousness, and herein lies the danger. You do not ‘make’ an identification, you do not ‘identify yourself,’ but you experience your identity with the archetype in an unconscious way and so are possessed by it.”
Anything we are unconsciously identical with we are possessed by, and hence, compelled to act out in our life without understanding why. Though we have dismissed the idea of demons on the altar of our rationality, to quote Jung, Continue reading
Kinds of Trance Channeling and Kinds of Entities
By April Crawford
By trance channel we mean a person who is able to set their conscious self aside in order to allow another [person or] a non-physical or spirit being, to speak through their body. The person who does this is the channel. The being who does the speaking is usually referred to as an entity by our group but others may call them spirit guides.
The term medium could be used to describe a “channel”. However, the term “medium” is usually associated with contacting recently departed persons with contact sought by relatives or friends. Channels as we use the term usually will [any] beings and spirit teachers to come through and speak, although channels are capable of bringing through personalities who have recently died in the traditional sense of the term medium. So, the entities or spirit teachers who speak through channels are sought for Continue reading

0 – Zero – The Fool
With light step, as if earth and its trammels had little power to restrain him, a young man in gorgeous vestments pauses at the brink of a precipice among the great heights of the world; he surveys the blue distance before him-its expanse of sky rather than the prospect below. His act of eager walking is still indicated, though he is stationary at the given moment; his dog is still bounding.
The edge which opens on the depth has no terror; it is as if angels were waiting to uphold him, if it came about that he leaped from the height. His countenance is full of intelligence and expectant dream. He has a rose in one hand and in the other a costly wand, from which depends over his right shoulder a wallet curiously embroidered.
